Mentor to Alpha high school student who built two multi-million dollar businesses.
PawLoyalty was the pet care industry's first online booking and digital charting platform. Every dollar it spent came from a customer, which forced discipline into pricing, hiring, and product from the first week and kept ownership where it belonged through the sale.
It sold into enterprise groups including NVA, Dogtopia, Wag Hotels, and Destination Pet — multi-threaded across regional operations, corporate leadership, and procurement. The top four logos were worth $3M ARR combined.
